I’m a registered dietitian, mom of 2, and founder of Mindful Mama Nutrition.

My mission is to help moms in every stage of motherhood feel good so they can show up as their most authentic, vibrant version of themselves. I believe every mama deserves to find a way of eating and living that nourishes her mind and body. Because nutrition should add to your energy and capacity, not take away from it. Becoming a Dietitian

My journey to becoming a dietitian began when I was diagnosed with Grave's disease after unintentionally losing 40 pounds the summer before my senior year of college. With this rapid weight loss, I also lost a significant amount of muscle. Through the process of healing my body and regaining muscle with intentional nutrition and exercise, I felt empowered and fell in love with the power of nutrition and lifestyle to transform the human body.

I knew that I wanted to help others take charge of their health, using nutrition to help them feel like the best version of themselves.

Since completing my Master's Degree in Nutrition & Integrative Physiology, I have helped hundreds of clients create healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits that stick. I love helping clients navigate busy seasons of life like demanding careers, raising families, and caring for aging parents, without losing sight of themselves or their wellbeing.

Becoming a Mom

Being a mom is a big job, one that requires so much of our time and energy. It’s demanding physically, emotionally, and mentally and we often forget to take care of ourselves in the process.

Even though I had supported women throughout their pregnancy and parenting journeys, it wasn’t until I became a mom in 2021 that I truly understood how drastically things change when a baby enters the picture. I realized the routine and healthy habits I had built before kids didn’t work anymore, and I was not prepared!

I needed to find new routines that worked for me in the midst of food aversions, interrupted sleep, exhaustion, less time, and the demands of motherhood. I also needed to figure out what my body needed to recover from pregnancy, support my breastfeeding goals, and prepare for getting pregnant again, all while struggling with postpartum anxiety. I eventually figured it out, but it took me a while (even with my nutrition background)!

My goal is for you to have the support you need so you can feel confident navigating all of the stages of motherhood, from pregnancy to postpartum, and beyond.
